Non Violence: A Strength Based Community Inquiry

The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Justice, is
requesting proposals from qualified organizations/individuals interested in
conducting action research which documents men's experiences in video format of
how they have behaved in non violent ways in their relationships. Experiences
will be collected from a minimum of five (5) communities representative of the
five (5) regions of the NWT.

Submissions will be opened at 3:00PM December 18, 2009 at: Yellowknife, NT
The GNWT Business Incentive Policy will apply to this procurement.
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade will apply to this procurement.
